North Carolina Local Environmental Justice Tour
Optional GGJ Congress Activity on Thursday Aug 25, 2011
For a fee and first to sign up: the North Carolina Environmental Justice Network will be leading a small group of GGJ members on a local tour to the Hog Farms to learn and witness the environmental and human rights abuses that are happening in North Carolina, as well as potential visit to labor camps where FLOC is organizing. You must be in Raleigh by 11 am on Thursday to attend the tour and it will be at least 6-7 hours.
