Grassroots Global Justice (GGJ) has composed the following safety protocols for our members that choose to participate in our events in person. / Grassroots Global Justice (GGJ) creo los siguientes protocolos de seguridad para nuestros miembros que eligen participar en eventos en persona.

Vaccination / Vacunación:
All participants are required to be fully vaccinated (including a booster shot) to participate in events and delegations. / Todes les participantes deben estar completamente vacunados (incluyendo una vacuna de refuerzo) para participar en eventos y delegaciones.

Testing / Pruebas de Covid-19:
Before the event: All participants must provide proof a negative PCR Covid-19 test result that has been taken within 72 hours before their departure to the event. / Antes del evento: Todes les participantes deben presentar una prueba PCR COVID-19 negativa que se haya realizado dentro de las 72 horas antes de su partida al evento.

During the event: All participants will take at-home antigen tests during the events and delegations.
Durante el evento: Todes les participantes se harán pruebas de Antígeno para asegurarse de que no se hayan enfermado durante los días presente.

Masking / Uso de mascarillas:
Participants must wear protective face masks (N95, KN95, KF94 or at minimum 3-layer, with no respiration valves, and must entirely cover nose and mouth) inside public spaces (inside airplanes, cars, buildings) and when indoors at all times aside from moments of eating or drinking. / Les participantes deben usar mascarillas dentro de los espacios públicos y en los espacios interiores comunes en todo momento, excepto en los momentos de comer o beber.

• Are you able to send a copy of your vaccination record? / ¿Puede enviar una copia de su tarjeta de vacunación?
  
• Will you be able to take a PCR test 72 hours before travel? / ¿Podrá tomar una prueba PCR 72 horas antes del viaje?

Release of Liability / Liberación de Responsabilidad
In addition to the safety protocols, GGJ requires participants attending an event or delegation in person to review and sign a Release of Liability form. Please note that we need the form signed so that we can book your travel and lodging. If you have any questions or comments, please let us know below.
